Shipping within Canada and to the United States is now free.
Orders will be sent via Canada Post by air within 7 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a notification that it has shipped as well as a receipt for your purchase. Taxes are included in the sale price.
When will I receive my package?
It takes me anywhere from 1 - 5 days to make your item after you order it. To addresses within Canada, packages typically take 2-4 business days to arrive after the date that it left the studio.
Packages shipped to a US or International address may take longer, possibly 6-10 business days after I ship your package out.
Rotating postal strikes occasionally occur and can delay your package. In these cases, I’m happy to try to meet up with you (in Metro Vancouver) and will always rush your order to the post office. Unfortunately, I can’t predict when these will happen or how long they will delay your package for.

Expedited / Tracked shipping
If you need your order to be shipped faster than this (e.g. by priority or express post), or with tracking, please let me know before you submit your order so I can adjust shipping fees. I will contact you with the new shipping fee. This is usually around $17 CAD and you can pay it by sending me an e-transfer; upon receipt, I will send your item.
Unfortunately I cannot predict any customs costs that may be added on at the border. This is outside of my control as a seller. I regret that I cannot be responsible for any extra costs.
how is shipping free?
I’ve recently decided to include shipping costs in the price of each item. This is because a Fall 2019 survey of my customers indicated that they prefer to pay for items up front without seeing shipping costs. This is only one of several ways of displaying shipping costs. The truth is that shipping is a complex calculation based on weight of package, size of package, distance between my studio and your address, and which carrier I choose - which makes it impossible to adjust on a case-by-case basis without compromising ease and speed of checkout. Trust me, I want to save money on shipping as much as you do, because shipping is only one of the overhead costs that make this business run.
That’s why I build a flat rate for shipping and administrative costs into all of my items. Any retailer must account for these. For instance, I am a one-person business, and need to make sure I am fairly compensated for everything that goes into HEX - this includes the costs of stones and metals, packaging materials, time spent doing research and design, tools, photographers' fees, gas costs used to travel to the post office and my stone suppliers, time spent cleaning stones, office supplies, and more.
I do not offer price adjustments on orders that meet discount requirements but did not have a code attached at checkout.
After payment has cleared on custom orders, I will ship your item(s).
A tracking number is not provided with orders less than $200. Orders at $200 or above will be provided a free tracking number. For orders under $200, I can provide a tracking number at additional cost; please message me if you would like that.
